The plenary closing brings the Lifeport Semicon Event full circle. Together with moderator Irene de Rompa and other special keynotes, we look back on a day filled with dialogue, discovery, and new connections. Key insights from the parallel tracks return to the stage: how talent can be attracted and developed, how business and academia can work hand in hand, how government can accelerate growth, and how science and industry together keep pushing the boundaries of semiconductor innovation.
As we reflect on these discussions, we also look ahead. The goals of this event are clear: to boost the national semiconductor ecosystem, to align Dutch and European capabilities for future innovation, and to connect partners across the entire value chain to the global market. The closing session invites us all to carry this energy forward, building the collaborations and innovations that will shape the future of semiconductors, and with them, better lives.
