You can’t build a future-proof labour market on your own. We do it together. Within the Human Capital Agreement (HCA), entrepreneurs, the education sector and public authorities are working together to tackle one of the most important challenges facing the Lifeport Arnhem-Nijmegen region: ensuring there is sufficient talent with the right knowledge and skills, both now and in the future.
This collaboration is becoming increasingly concrete. Through the Lifeport Regional Internship Pact , we are working to provide more and better internship placements. With GreenKarting, we bring young people, schools and businesses together around technology and introduce young people to the world of technology in an engaging way.
Meanwhile, we are working with our partners on HCA 2.0: the next step in our joint approach to the regional labour market.
Suzanne Caspers, director of the Human Capital Agreement at The Economic Board Arnhem-Nijmegen Region, discusses this in an interview with the Arnhem Business Parks Foundation (StAb) and demonstrates how this collaboration is taking shape in practice.
