Lifeport Regional Internship Pact

The Regional Internship Pact is an initiative of the Human Capital Accord and was created in cooperation between educational institutions, organisations and now 32 employers in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region to jointly tackle structural bottlenecks around internships. By joining forces, the partners prevent the responsibility from falling unilaterally on education or students. The pact focuses on sufficient and suitable internship placements, good coaching, appropriate compensation and equal opportunities without internship discrimination.
