Rob Verhofstad is Chair of the Executive Board of HAN University of Applied Sciences. HAN University of Applied Sciences contributes to addressing societal challenges in the region by training professionals for the future and by conducting practice-oriented research for and with the region. Rob is also a member of the audit committee of The Economic Board.
The university has over 37,000 students and over 4,300 employees with specialised knowledge. One is at the forefront of innovations. The thousands of students who enter the labour market each year armed with a diploma already contribute to a large extent to Human Capital in our region. Quantity is not enough, however; we also want to deliver quality with researching innovative professionals who are also of value to entrepreneurs.
